The tournament is a 3-game minimum with pool play followed by single elimination on the final day, 10/22. All games will be played on a turf field. Any pool games forfeited removes the team from single elimination on Sunday. Cost per team is $600.
How to register for our 12YO Travel Tournament to be hosted October 19-22:
1. Log into your account and register to the "Oct 19-22 Tournament". To register, you will need to have or create an account with our club. Once logged in, to select the tournament option, you will need to have yourself as a participant in your account.
- You can select to make the full payment of $600 by credit card
or
- You can pay the $100 deposit by credit card and pay the remaining $500 by check.
2. Complete the required roster template - click here - and provide to [email protected].
3. Provide proof of insurance for your team.
4. Provide birth certificates for players. Any grade exemptions require school document proof of grade.
5. Pay $500 remaining tournament fee, payable to Brentwood Ball Club. We can add the remaining balance to your account if paying by credit card or contact us at [email protected] for more info about payment processing options. Note: Payment by credit card adds a ~3.4% processing fee.
Entry Notes
1. We will not charge fans an entry fee.
2. Roster lockdown is 10/15, as no players can be added after that date.
3. Each player for a team must have a matching uniform and no numbers can be duplicated. The player is ineligible if not in accordance.
4. All players, coaches and fans must follow our Required Behavior requirements.
Note for Club Teams
For those teams already with us this fall and are using the same players as rostered with us, they can use their completed fall roster to meet step #2.

Any refunds will be provided up to 10/01 as amount paid minus $3 service fee and $50 processing fee. After that date, we (our club) would have to find a replacement team to allow any refund.
