Key Dates for Baseball / Softball Fall 2025 Season
06/10/25 – Registration opens at 10:00AM for baseball and softball
06/24/25 – Last day for early bird player discount for our rec programs
07/11/25 – Registration late period starts at 12:01AM for rec division; divisions start to close depending on remaining openings.
07/15/25 – Starting this date, we will not provide any refunds unless a replacement player is found.
07/18/25 – All division registration will close (some may close before this date)
07/22/25 – Preliminary rec division rosters to be sent to head coaches. Usually takes another day to make final

07/26/25 – Practice schedule to be set
07/26/25 – Lil Sluggers Camp
07/28/25 –First day for travel team practices
07/28/25 –Beginner Baseball Pitcher Clinic option

07/30/25 –Advanced Baseball Pitcher Clinic option
(As of 06/10, we do not have a softball pitcher clinic option)
08/01/25 – First day for rec team practices
08/01/25 – Dick's Sporting Goods Shop Day at Cool Springs location (through 08/04)
08/05/25 – Rec division game schedule to be set
08/18/25 – Rec division softball games start
08/23/25 – Rec division baseball games start
09/30/25 – Rec division baseball games for 6YO & Younger ends
10/02/25 – Rec division softball games end
10/02/25 – Last day for 6YO & Younger baseball games
10/16/25 – Last day of practice for 7YO to 12YO rec baseball
10/17/25 – End of season 7YO to 12YO single elimination baseball tournament starts
10/22/25 – Last day for end of season 7YO to 8YO baseball tournament
11/25/25 –Last day for practices for travel teams

FIRST TIME REGISTERING: When you are at our website (brentwoodballclub.com), in the upper right, there are two links shown as "Register | Login". As a new user, click the "Register" link. The system will ask you for an email address and then you will create a password. The system will then send an email to the email address you used asking you to verify your email address. Once that is complete, the system will start the registration process.

If your player ends up on the wait list, if and once activated, you will have 24 hours to pay. The reason for the limit is because if activated, it would likely be during the roster setting process, so we have a short window to complete.
