All Registered Players: Spring Update

To parents with a registered player in our spring season:

In a check we did this morning, we noticed that all rosters had been posted in our website several days ago, except for the 9YO Rec Baseball and 15/16YO Rec Baseball. We simply erred in not clicking these to post. They are now posted. Separately, final rosters were sent to head coaches in late January, except the 13-16YO teams that were sent in early February.

We provided head coaches with another schedule update yesterday morning. The current shared schedule gets us through for the first 5-6 practices. More updates are pending. We have not uploaded the partial schedule yet into Team Central, which means it is in excel format only at this point. In the meantime, you can find the first week of scheduled practices in the Links section of our website - link titled "First Practice". We have also attached the file. To note, we have 2-3 head coaches that are attempting to adjust their first practice day/time.

If you have not heard from your head coach, you and your player have not missed anything yet. While we know many are eager to get going, practice doesn't start for our rec teams until next week, except for our 13-16YO teams. Those start the following week.

If you need to message your head coach and don't have their email yet, once logged into your account through our website, you will see what your player is registered to and the team and/or head coach in blue font. By clicking on the blue font, that will take you to your individual team's website. From there, click Email and you can email your head coach. You can also find your team through Team Central / Team Directory on our website.

Full uniforms for each player will be provided prior to first games, which start the week of 03/17. Players do need their own glove, bat and batting helmet. See our Rules of Play on our website if you have any questions about bats.

And lastly, a lot of our communication goes directly to our head coaches, who then can take that info and whatever else needed to their team. You can find most of the recent emails to our head coaches in the News section of our website. The News section does not include the many individual emails that occur.
