This email is going to those that have a registered player for basketball and we have also included the 53 players that are on the waitlist in this email:

We still have a few player openings. Those details can be found here.

You can find what division you registered for by logging into your account and seeing the programs below your player's name. An example of what you would see is attached.

We still need 21 head coaches, across some of our divisions. To be able to place all the players, we will need more head coaches. Being a head coach requires only minimal more time than an involved parent attending all practices and games. Click here for our list of coaches and the remaining needs.

The first step to identify your interest to be a head coach is to create a volunteer record followed by submitting your background check. Once you create a volunteer record, the system will send a confirmation email with the background link. You can also find the link in the Links section of our website.

We currently have 53 players on the waitlist. Two ways to get off the waitlist. (1) An existing head coach agrees to take an extra player from the waitlist or (2) the parent of the waitlisted player agrees to be a head coach. If a player is not registered, we are willing to reopen registration if the parent of that player agrees to be a head coach.

If you want to make any changes to your registration requests (shirt size change, teammate request, etc.) you can still log into your account, click the pencil symbol to the right of your player’s name. Once you make your changes, click the Save link at the bottom right. This will not advance the screen so you will need to click the Back to My Account at the lower left. Please make your updates by the end of the day tomorrow.

Key Dates to be aware of
·       Registration to open at 10:00AM on Aug 30 (need to register the first day).
·       Registration will close by Sept 9 or earlier.
· Last day for a refund is Sept 20.
·       Practice schedules will be set by Oct 10.
·       Team rosters will be set by Oct 15.
·       Practices will start Nov 2.
·       Games will start Dec 7.
·       End of season tournaments will start Feb 9.
