Basketball Next Steps

This email is going to those that have registered a player in our basketball system:

After registering, if you want to make a change to your record such as a shirt size change, teammate change or coach request change....log back into your account, click the pencil symbol to the right of your player's name and make your edits. Once you click Save, the window does not automatically advance to another screen.

After registering, if you signed up for the wrong division or the system did not show the correct division, let us know and we can transfer your player. The system doesn't allow you as the account owner to make this change. We have to do that.

We had a really high number of player registrations in the first hour, so we apologize for issues some of you had. The system appears to have worked eventually getting you through. The system sends us an email confirmation as each order occurs, so it makes our email system very difficult to respond. We are still working through emails.
