Fall Registration Now Open (Rec Only)

Our registration for the fall season for recreational baseball and softball opened today at 10:00AM. Registration for our travel program opens next Wednesday at 10:00AM. We wanted to share a couple of items for awareness - one not so good and one really good.

The city of Brentwood has raised their non-resident fees for those players not residing in the city of Brentwood. These fees only apply for baseball and softball during the spring and fall seasons when we use Crockett Park. As far as we are aware, this is the first increase in over 20 years. These fees are collected during registration as a "Non-Resident Fee" if residing outside city of Brentwood and as a "Non-Williamson County Resident Fee" if residing outside Williamson County". We then pass the collected fees to the city of Brentwood Park & Rec Department. With this increased cost, we hope everyone outside the city of Brentwood stays with us as we will always strive to provide as enjoyable of an experience for your player as possible. We really value every player and family that is with us.

Second, please be aware at some point during the fall season, we expect the construction of two additional turf fields at Crockett Park to be completed. While we have split the construction costs in half between our club and the city of Brentwood for the two existing and two to start soon turf fields, we are also required to fund the eventual replacement of the turf with an annual payment. So, this remains a significant investment for us. Turf construction is scheduled to start June 17. We have had two start delays so far so hopefully the construction start is near.
