Spring Season Rosters / Schedules

This is going to parents with a registered player for baseball or softball this spring:

If you have not heard from your head coach on the practice and game schedule, we plan to start publishing some in the system this evening and the remaining tomorrow. That means the system will notify you by email when those are available. Some details to note:
- The game schedule for softball for 7/8YO, 9/10YO and 11/13YO will come from WCPR (Williamson County Park & Rec) and are expected in early March. Parents for these teams will only receive a practice schedule notification tonight or tomorrow.
- Parents for 5/6YO softball will receive their game and practice schedules tonight or tomorrow.
- Parents for 12YO and younger baseball will receive game and practice schedules for their division.
- The baseball game schedules for 13/15YOs are not complete. We are actively working with Franklin Baseball to possibly schedule some cross league games. The practice schedule is complete though.
- The system notification for practices is separate from games so you will get two emails if your division is receiving both a practice and a game schedule.

We did send rosters out at the end of January for most teams and a few remaining teams at the start of February. The system sent each of you your team's entire roster with contact info for players and coaches. The title of the email would have been "Brentwood Ball Club Player Update".
