Picture Day

This email is going to parents and coaches for our fall baseball and softball season:

Parents & Coaches,
We have our Picture Day tomorrow at Civitan Park. Legends Photo has been communicating with our head coaches since August 14 for the signup and scheduling of their team. While not all teams are participating, we want to thank those that are. This is our only fundraiser of the season as we receive a portion of the proceeds. Legends Photo has provided us info to share. See below:

Picture Location: Grassy area at the entrance of Civitan Park

Team Photos: We need an individual photo of each player and coach to create the team photo. As soon as players arrive at the photo area, they can check-in and enter the photo line. Once they have been photographed, they can exit the photo area and head to the fields. There’s no need to wait for the rest of the team.

Your Help: Please help us keep the line moving by having your player ready to go. Jersey tucked in. Equipment (bat/glove) ready. Backpacks/jackets removed

Order Info for Parents: There are no paper forms or money due on picture day. Parents need to text BBCFALL23 to 90738. They will be notified when the gallery is online.
