How To Register for Travel Options
There is one method to register, that occurs by the head coach or team designee and here for the steps.

1. The Head Coach or team representative will log into their account at www.brentwoodballclub.com, select the program they want and then pay the initial $25. The registration balance, once determined as a later date, can be paid via check or with credit card (processing fee applies).
-     If you do not have an account, create one and then create yourself as a player so the available programs will then appear.
-     If you have an account but do not show yourself as a participant, create yourself as a player.

Fee Note: Along with a registration team fee, there are non-resident fees for up to 10 players. If a player does not reside in the city of Brentwood, we charge $50 per player. If a player does not reside in Williamson County, we charge an additional $50 per player.

2. If your team is/was registered with us for the fall 2025 season, the same roster form applies for the spring 2026 season. If there are no player changes, no roster actions are required. If you added a player(s), use the roster form for those changes. If your team was not with us (or if you have changes), click here for the roster form.

3. Click here for a copy for baseball price sheet and click here for a copy for softball. Complete and email us the price sheet form at [email protected].

Once registered and we have received the price sheet (and roster form if applicable), we will reply back with the remaining requirements to include coach requirements.
