Softball
The below are for two new teams:
The TN Nighthawks will be hosting a tryout for a new 8YO team for the spring 2024 season. Tryouts will occur on December 10th at Showtime Sports Academy from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. The head coach will be Carly Shogren. Registration information can be found at www.tnnighthawks.org.
The Music City Hits travel softball team will be hosting tryouts for the Spring 2024 season at Crockett Park Field 6 on Saturday December 2nd from 2:30-4:30PM and on Saturday December 9th from 2:30-4:30PM. Coach Matt Davenport is forming a competitive softball team made up of multi-sport athletes for rising 11/12 year olds. As we encourage kids to play multiple sports at this age, this team will only compete in the Spring 2024 season. Birth years for tryouts are 2011, 2012, and advanced 2013 players. Anyone interested in being a part of this team needs to email musiccityhitssoftball@gmail.com by 11/30/2023 so we can properly plan.
