BBC Coaches:
Thank you for signing your team up for photos this weekend. Here’s a few last-minute tips to help us get your team in & out quickly:
Picture Location: Grassy area at the entrance of Civitan Park
Team Photos: We need an individual photo of each player and coach to create the team photo.

As soon as players arrive at the photo area, they can check-in and enter the photo line. Once they have been photographed, they can exit the photo area and head to the fields. There’s no need to wait for the rest of the team.

Please help us keep the line moving by having your player ready to go.
- Jersey tucked in
- Equipment (bat/glove) ready
- Backpacks/jackets removed

Order Info for Parents:
- There are no paper forms or money due on picture day.
- Parents need to text BBCSPRING24 to 90738
- They will be notified when the gallery is online.

Makeup Day:
If you have players unable to attend Saturday, we will be back at Civitan on Friday, April 12th (same location) from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
