Specific to 8-12YO travel (open division) teams registering for our spring 2021 baseball season, there are three registration options.

1. Each player can individually register by selecting “2021 Baseball/Softball Season” and registering for the appropriate division. With this approach, each parent pays the registration fee for their player and any applicable non-resident fees.
a. The remaining action is for coaches to complete a volunteer record and submit to a background check (once every three years). See Volunteer Note below.

2. The head coach can pay for their team's registration fees by selecting “Baseball Travel Team League Payment Spr’21 Season” using themselves as the participant. Then each player will register individually to complete the parent waiver and pay any non-resident fees by selecting “Offline Baseball Travel Team Player Waiver Spr’21”.
a. If the head coach would like to make payment by check, please contact us before completing your registration.
b. The remaining action is for coaches to complete a volunteer record and submit to a background check (once every three years). See Volunteer Note below.
c. Please note that the head coach in performing option #2 will complete their volunteer record so the above only applies for assistant coaches.

3. The head coach can pay for their team all offline by using this form. The head coach is responsible for obtaining parent signatures with this form and providing to the club. See Volunteer Note below.

Volunteer Note: All of our coaches – head coaches and assistant coaches – must create a volunteer record so we can capture concussion requirements, code of conduct requirements, and as prep for a background check, required every three years.
