Our softball head coaches were notified this morning that the 9/10YO teams, 11/13YO team and half of the 7/8YO team uniforms are ready for pickup. The remaining 7/8YO teams and 5/6YO teams will be ready later today. So, parents could receive their uniform soon.

While we understand the timing is tight, we have one “pants swap date”, where you can trade in the pants you ordered that may not fit (for another size). WillCo Solutions will host the swap event. The pants to trade must still have their tag attached, (preferred) in their plastic and not worn. The swap will occur in front of the clubhouse this Saturday at Civitan Park from 9:00AM-10:00AM. As always, it is often best to swap within your team and then come to the swap if that doesn’t work. This will be the only swap date.
