10/22 – Asking coaches for team color preference, response due before 10/25

10/22 – Asking coaches to confirm their shirt size, response due before 10/25

10/20 – Notice to head coaches that we are finalizing sponsors, setting sponsored team shirt colors to match logo as much as possible and will be asking for team colors soon

10/19 – Rules link sent and notice of upcoming Zoom calls from 10/26-10/28 were sent

10/10 – Final rosters sent to 13/14YO head coaches to include contact info

10/09 – All final rosters, except 13/14YO Boys, sent to head coaches

10/07 – Updates on roster status sent, notice of use of gym request email pending notice on 10/10, sent status of first 4 practices

09/22 to 10/09 – Preliminary rosters sent to head coaches with timing varying by division

From our gym request inbox to head coaches:

10/20 – Latest practice setting status, delayed due to Fall Break delays receiving info, but in process

10/18 – Last Call sent to those coaches we had not heard from on post-Thanksgiving practice requests

10/12 – First 4 practices sent to head coaches (delayed one day)

10/10 – Practice request for after Thanksgiving dates sent to head coaches

09/27 – Identified next steps for practice setting; emails would come from this inbox
