On
Saturday 02/28, you can pick up your uniform items minus coach and
player shirts. These will be at Civitan Park through the weekend. The
punch door combo will be ----. Close the door back when complete. Click here
for the map for "backdoor to upstairs. Each team will have one bag. If
there are any missing items, they will be shown on a piece of paper just
inside your clear bag. We have had a few recent add ons that could be
missing.
We will provide a player-by-player sizing team spreadsheet on Thursday 02/26. Hand out based on size ordered.
Player
shirts and coach shirts are expected to be ready around 03/17. That
pickup will be finalized as we get closer to the date.
The
one and only pants swap date will occur on Monday, 03/16 at Civitan
Park from 5:30PM-6:15PM. While we provide the size parents request, it
is possible the size the parent ordered/requested during registration
needs to be swapped. Pants desired to be swapped cannot be worn outside,
must still have the tag attached and must be placed in the plastic the
pants originally came in. WilCo Solutions, our uniform supplier, will
handle the swaps and won't accept swaps without those three items.
Reminder:
Some of you still have equipment to pick up from 8:30AM-9:00AM this
Saturday. That pickup will occur in front of the clubhouse at Civitan
Park. Same map applies.
