This email is intended for all 1st grade Boys & Girls, 2nd grade Boys, 3rd grade Boys, 4th grade Boys, 5th grade Boys, 11/12YO Boys, 13/14YO Boys, 7/8YO Girls, 9/10YO Girls. These divisions represent the teams that will participate in our in-house tournament.
We are continuing with the tournament dates as planned all season. For most divisions, the tournament starts this coming weekend - either February 7 or February 8. All of the teams by the start of their tournament will have played six regular season games. Most will do that on February 7.
Games cancelled this past Saturday will be played on February 14. Most game matchups and times will be the ones previously scheduled for January 31. We anticipate uploading that February 14 schedule into Team Central by February 3. The significance of Team Central means once uploaded, you will receive a system email that the game has been added.
We were looking to avoid the period that is winter break for many, but the weather will not allow that. As well, we recognize the additional game on February 14 is out of sequence but is necessary due to gym space limits and the upcoming next sport for many (and our club).

You can find our in-house tournament brackets in the Links section of our website. Most seeds to the brackets will be set on 02/07, after games are completed that day. All teams are in the tournament this is addressed to.
For those divisions that will not be in our in-house tournament:
- Our Pre-K/Kindergarten division will play a game on February 7 and a second game on February 14. This division does not have a tournament, but each player will receive a participation trophy.
- The 9/10YO Open, the 11/12YO Girls, the 15/16YO Boys and the 17/18YO Boys are awaiting the details of their remaining season from WCPR, which we expect to hear early this coming week. From what we received last Friday, we are expecting each to play a game on February 7, a game on February 14 and then the tournament to start after that.
