To Basketball Head Coaches:

For all divisions, we are actively working on the game schedules. We plan to have them complete later next week.

• We have set the planned game division locations for gyms. Attached is a sample showing the first four games.
• Regular season game days are 12/06, 12/13, 12/20, 01/10, 01/17, 01/24, 01/31, 02/07 before the tournament starts 02/08 for 1st grade and older.
• Our 'Coed: pre-K/Kindergarten' division won't have a tournament but each player will receive a participation trophy after their last game on 02/07.
• There will be two 7/8YO Girls games on 02/06 at Edmondson, as that gym is not available 02/07. 
• The 13/14YO Boys will play a regular season game on 01/25 (Sunday) instead of 02/07. This is necessary due to gym limits for the tournament and their tournament will start 02/07.
• The 5th Grade Boys will play a regular season game on a Sunday. Eight teams will play on 01/18, while two teams will play on 01/25. This is necessary due to gym limits for the tournament and their tournament will start 02/07
• Our game schedule can only ensure that those 17 head coaches (34 teams) with two teams won't have a conflict. In most situations, they won't be at the same gym but will have time to get from one gym to another.  
• And once the game schedule is complete, we will complete the rest of the practice schedule in January to 02/06 (last day of practices). It will mirror the current schedule except for changes resulting from the non-Saturday games above.

For the 9/10YO Open, 11/12YO Girls, 15/16YO Boys and 17/18YO Boys divisions, we sent a separate email as they are not included in this email.
