Summer League Game Notes

With games starting tomorrow, we wanted to share a few items:

- All player/team warmups are to occur in the outfield prior to games. Please stay off the infields to maintain as much smoothness of dirt as possible to help with ground ball hops.

- Civitan Park is a Williamson County Park, which means no pets are allowed in the park. We don’t enforce this for practices but we will on game days.

- Batting cages are limited to use by teams with a game. Please share the space across teams.

- Our concession stand will be open selling a full menu of burgers, hotdogs, chicken tenders, fries, jumbo pretzels, popcorn, candy and drinks.

- In case weather is a factor resulting in any field closures, we will tweet (from @Bwood_Ball_Club), update the field status link on our website and lastly send an email with all in that order. If you don’t hear from us, that means Civitan Park is open.
