Summer League - What is Next?

To all parents with a registered player in the summer league (and to all coaches):

Preliminary rosters will start going out later today (05/26) with all completed by noon tomorrow (05/27). What that means is we will send preliminary rosters to head coaches. There will be no parent contact info, just a sharing of registration requests, neighborhood, school, etc. that was used to create the rosters. Head coaches will have a short period to provide any feedback on who we have assigned to their team for any needed adjustments.

Final rosters with contact info to head coaches will then start later tomorrow (05/27) with all distributed by Wednesday (05/28) evening. What that means is that head coaches have the contact info to reach out to parents.

Rosters will be uploaded into Team Central by later Thursday (05/29). What that means is that parents will receive team contact info and can reach out to head coaches (if they have not previously heard from their head coach) and need to reach them.

Game schedules will be created and sent by Sunday (06/01) to the head coaches and will then be shared through Team Central by Tuesday (06/03).

We have yet to set Zoom calls with head coaches but will do that by Wednesday (05/28). These are short (less than 30 minutes) calls we will have before games start.

And we are still working through our season approach for the 11/13YO softball players where we ended up with a shortage of players for our planned season.
