To all registered for Summer: Status

This email is going to parents with a registered player in our summer league:

The final day of our summer league registration is tomorrow. We are going to send an email to all users in our system to share tomorrow as the last day. A few notables for those registered......

1. We still need head coaches as follows: Two for 6YO baseball, two for 7/8YO baseball, one for 11/12YO baseball and one for 9/10YO softball.
2. We cannot place all registered players in a division until we have all the needed head coaches.
3. We are on a waitlist for 7/8YO baseball and 11/12YO baseball.
4. We still have openings in all divisions except those on a waitlist and 9/10YO softball.
5. The practice and game schedules are not created until we finalize our team counts with our needed head coaches.
6. We activated 4 players from the waitlist today for 9/10YO that have not paid their registration yet.
