Summer update to registered players

Parents,
Our team rosters, practice schedule (before games start) and the game schedule have been set. Hopefully your player is excited. If you have not read our Summer League description (click here), we suggest you still do that.

We provide each player with a summer league shirt. Head coaches will pick those up just prior to the first game. Players can wear baseball or softball pants or they can wear shorts. Shorts will impact sliding but that is up to each parent. Each player does need their own glove, bat and helmet. Since players are running on dirt, it is better to wear cleats.

The 8YO and younger games will last 60 minutes. That means the game will be called at time, which may be during an inning. The 9YO-12YO games will last 90 minutes and stop at time as well. We use an umpire for games for 7YO and older. We do not keep score in our summer league.

We expect to have our concession stand open on game nights and hopefully Swirly Turtle will be at the park a few nights.
