FALL 2023 Travel Baseball Program

The Brentwood Ball Club provides field usage options for travel baseball during seasons games are not an option. As the service provider of baseball for the City of Brentwood, 75% of our 12YO & Younger players must reside in the city of Brentwood. 85% of our players must reside in Williamson County. Each player that does not reside in the city of Brentwood will pay a $25 non-resident fee and will pay an additional $10 non-resident fee if outside Williamson County. These fees are not included in the registration option amounts and are required to be paid by the participant registering (parent or head coach).

We reserve the right to decline any team registering that does not meet our resident requirements.

Date Notables
The fall season is from 08/01/23 to 11/15/23.
The practice schedule will be set on 07/20/23.
For those playing games, the game schedule will be set by 08/01/23.
The registration deadline is July 15. Any completions after that date will not be on the first practice schedule.

What To Register For
We offer three options for the fall season:
(1) ‘One scheduled practice slot per week’ at $xxx
(2) ‘One scheduled weekday practice slot and one scheduled weekend practice slot per week’ at $xxx
(3) ‘6-Game season plus practices’ at $x,xxx

Registration Option #1 – ‘One scheduled slot per week’ = $xxx
This fee includes: 
• One scheduled practice slot per week
• Team Insurance
The above excludes non-resident fees.
If any slots are rained out, we may or may not be able to provide a replacement slot.

Registration Option #2 – ‘One scheduled weekday and one schedule weekend slot per week’ = $xxx
This fee includes: 
• One scheduled weekday and one scheduled weekend practice slot per week 
• Team Insurance
The above excludes non-resident fees.
If any slots are rained out, we may or may not be able to provide a replacement slot.

Registration Option #3 – ‘6-Game season plus practices’ = $x,xxx
This fee includes: 
• 6 league games against other Brentwood open division teams in our league
• One scheduled weekday and one scheduled weekend slot per week when games are not scheduled in a week.
• One scheduled practice when games are scheduled in a week.
• Team Insurance
The above excludes non-resident fees.
If any slots are rained out, we may or may not be able to provide a replacement slot.

How To Register
1. The Head Coach or team representative will log into their account at www.brentwoodballclub.com and register to the waitlist for the selected option. The cost will initially show as $0 until all costs are determined. Reminder to register all the way through the $0 payment screen for the waitlist to be secured.

2. The head coach or team representative will complete the off-line registration form for their team. Click here to download the form. No other format other than this template in excel will be accepted. 

3. Using the form, the Head Coach or team representative to:
a. At the upper left, enter the names of all coaches.
b. At the upper right, identify the registration option your team wants to purchase.
c. Scrolling down to row 12, enter all player data fields and parent info in the excel file.
d. Once complete, return as a soft copy in excel format to [email protected]

4. From the completed form, our club will enter all pricing for registration fees, for non-resident fees and for any required background checks. Our club will return this as a soft copy. This is also the step of approval by the club as a team in our league.

5. The head coach or team representative will ensure all coaches on the team roster complete a volunteer record form – click here to download – and that all coaches submit to a background check – click here. If a background submission occurs but a recent one in the last 3 years is on file, the club will cancel the submission and identify the submission clear date for the most recent background check.

6. The Head Coach or team representative will then print a hard copy of the roster form (returned on step #4) and get a physical initial from both parents for each player. A physical initial means pen-to-paper. No soft copy initials are accepted.

7. Once all steps above are completed, the head coach or team representative will provide a hard copy of the signed, initialed and completed roster.

To make payment, the head coach or team representative can provide a check or can pay by credit card. If paid by credit card, a processing fee for credit card use, which is ~3.4% of the amount due.
