How to Create A Volunteer Record

For each season, interested participants wanting to be a head coach or assistant coach must create a Volunteer record to identify their interest. How to create a Volunteer Record to coach

Once logged into your account, click the Volunteer tab on the upper left. Click Find Volunteer Roles on the far right. Select 2020 Coaches: 9-12YO Team Usage. Then complete.

Requirements required by every Volunteer

1. Background checks are required every three years by each volunteer. Click here to submit your background check.
2. Create a Volunteer record as that record now includes the Concussion Checklist and the Code of Conduct Agreement.

9-12YO Baseball Travel Team Usage Registration
Head coach actions are:
1. The head coach will register to "2020 Coaches: 9-12YO Team Usage" selecting one of two options - once/week or more than once/week.

2. Head Coach will complete and submit the roster template (click here) to
[email protected]. This includes having all parents sign the roster template for the player waiver for Fall 2020, scan and send to [email protected]. If you choose to have your parents provide an online signature of the waiver, they would log into their account and for their player "Fall 2020 Travel Player Waiver". Complete the questions through the payment screen.

3. The head coach will ensure all coaches will create a Volunteer record. This is not optional for coaches. Once logged into your account, click the Volunteer tab on the left, click Find Volunteer Roles on the right clicking "2020 Coaches: 9-12YO Team Usage" as the selection, and completing.

4. The head coach will ensure all coaches are to submit to a background check every three years through our club by clicking here. If you are uncertain when you last submitted to one, proceed to submit and we will cancel the request if needed (i.e. you submitted two years ago and are good this upcoming season).

To begin usage of the fields, all of the above must be completed.
